The treatment area is subjected to the treatment probe of the device which emits the light beam onto the skin. Consultant uses the treatment probe to make gliding motions to the treatment area gently and the organic aloe vera gel will be applied thereafter.

The procedure is free of pain. There might be a slight tingly warm sensation when the light beams are being applied followed by a soothing and cooling sensation during the application of organic aloe vera gel.

The duration ranges from 15 – 60 minutes, depending on the treatment area.

Customers may achieve effective hair removal after 5 treatment sessions. However, the effectiveness may vary depending on the person’s skin condition.

LUMINN Hair Removal Treatment will destroy the melanin in the hair follicles. Hence, the hair growth and hair quantity will be reduced gradually after each session and stop growing completely to achieve permanent hair removal.

Do not wax, tweeze or pluck the hair at the treatment area before the appointment, only shaving is allowed. Avoid sun exposure during the month before the treatment because sun tanned skin could result in blistering, pigmentation disorders or scarring.

Avoid swimming, hot showers or saunas right after the treatment. Avoid sun exposure and apply sunscreen when you are out in the sun. It’s common to experience some swelling, itching, and redness after the hair removal due to irritation of the hair follicles. You may apply aloe vera gel a few times a day to relieve redness and itching.
